What types of documents do you notarize? Real estate documents (loan signings, refinances, deeds), Healthcare directive Power of Attorney (POA), wills, and trusts Business contracts and agreements Affidavits and sworn statements Divorce and family law documents,Vehicle title documents,School forms Apostille services for international use ( Minor Travel Consent, Passport-Related Forms, Students Studying Abroad).
Do not sign the document until you are in the presence of the notary. Show one of the following IDs State Issued Driver's License State Issued ID (non-driving license) Passport Military ID. If you do NOT have ID, ask before booking; options depend on the situation.
Do you offer mobile notary services? Yes! We provide mobile notary services and travel to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other convenient locations determined by you.
How much does your notary service cost? Service pricing is dependent on travel distance, Number of notarizations, after hours or weekend timing, Printing or scanbacks if needed
What do I need to bring for notarization? ✔ A valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) ✔ The document requiring notarization (do not sign it in advance) ✔ Any additional signers who need to be present ( such as witnesses)
Can you notarize documents on weekends or after hours? Yes. First Choice Notary provides flexible scheduling including evening, weekend, and same-day appointments for time-sensitive matters. Contact us to discuss your timeline and availability.

I-9 Processing FAQ What do I need to bring? You must bring original, unexpired documents from the I-9 Lists of Acceptable Documents. You can choose: Option A: ONE document from List A (proves both identity and work authorization) Examples: U.S. Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization Document Option B: ONE document from List B (proves identity) AND ONE from List C (proves work authorization) List B examples: Driver's license, state ID, school ID with photo List C examples: Social Security card, birth certificate How long does it take? Approximately 15-20 minutes. I'll examine your documents, complete Section 2 of your Form I-9, and provide confirmation to your employer. What if I'm a remote employee? No problem. I serve as your employer's Authorized Representative and complete the required in-person document verification at your convenience. When does this need to be completed? Within 3 business days of your employment start date. Do I need to bring anything else? Just your original documents and your employer's contact information. Your employer will provide me with the partially completed Form I-9.
